Savouring Summer In The Six

Summer 2018 has now officially started in Toronto, bringing some substantial heat! It’s an interesting time in Toronto real estate, with new influences emerging for both the economy and the housing market: the possibility of trade wars and sky high tariffs, a brand new premiere and provincial government, and possible fallout from the Trudeau-led G7 Summit. Only time will tell, but it’s a good reminder to stay true to the fundamentals of real estate. Buy and hold for the long term and subscribe to the mantra of “location, location, location”! Meanwhile – forget your troubles, grab a beer and a lawn chair, and enjoy the summer sun!!
