Spring is here at last! We made it through another long winter!

March turned out to be a very busy month in Toronto real estate! While some segments of the market pulled back significantly (i.e. luxury homes), a rush of eager Buyers seeking freehold properties under $1,000,000 caused a flurry of bidding wars. With Spring now fully upon us, the warmer weather is quickly heating up the housing market! Buckle up!

Whether part of an investment portfolio, or as an opportunity to generate rental income from your principal residence, having a revenue producing property invites you to reduce your mortgage costs faster while building equity.
