Signs Of Spring

Welcome to Spring, where flowers are blooming and the Toronto property market is booming! We’ve seen significant price increases of over the last two months, so there’s no question that the market continues to trend steeply upward.

However, the introduction of the Provincial Government’s Fair Housing Plan will undoubtedly recalibrate Ontario housing in the months to come. What particular shifts will we see?
