Sweltering Summer Sizzles #TheSix

August is an electric month! The air is still sizzling and crackling with summer, but there are indications that the season is winding down: twilight inches in earlier every night, and the odd leaf can be found already brushed with fall colours. These gentle reminders encourage us to enjoy what’s left of the summer sunshine, which, in Toronto, often lasts well into September!

As fun and unpredictable as the summer months can be, the familiar routines of autumn are always a welcome return to form. It’s the time when we reconnect with our indoor selves, taking on household projects and embracing the spirit of hearth and home again!
