In Like a Lion…

While we could be describing the roaring entrance of March, this is also an apt description of the current (and continued) state of the Toronto housing market.

While Torontonians are growing ever-weary of this winter that seems to keep on going, those engaged (or wishing to be engaged) with the red-hot property market continue to be excited with strength and pace of this robust market. With the door opening on the busy spring market, temperatures (hopefully!) and the market dynamics (for sure!) will be soon be scorching.
