Ring-a-Ding: New Year Straight Ahead!

Does the calendar have a more reflective, thoughtful time than those last few days of the year, as the candles burn low and we recover from our holiday celebration tours? It’s energizing too, as we set our chops collectively to improve and change via New Year’s Resolutions. In the past few weeks, there has been additional reflective opportunity, as we’ve been reminded not only of the warmth of hearth and home as an emotional refuge, but as a physical one as well, as we battled against the elements with the recent ice storm. As 2013 winds down, and 2014 stands ready to open its doors, urbaneer wishes you the best, and looks forward to spending another great year together.

Not only is it an identifiable departure point by which to gauge distance and location of properties to the centre core, but we often find people inherently delineate their personal comfort zone as being either north or south of Bloor Street, and east or west of Yonge. It’s an interesting phenomenon that defies explanation, but overall we find people generally have a decided attraction and comfort level to one or two of these four quadrants.
