Keeping Warm This February 2012!

As the New Year moves through to February, we're hoping you're keeping cosy and warm as winter's chill keeps knocking on the door!

This month, buyers are wondering where all the good listings are. It seems we're experiencing a diminishing supply of housing while demand continues to grow!
