I Spy A Casa Penthouse Reveal Near Yonge & Bloor!

Real Estate, Yorkville / Summerhill / Rosedale

Since very early childhood, I’ve had a fascination with housing and home. What started out at age seven as hours building Lego houses (that’s my creation below!) and drawing floor plans on graph paper, my thirst for all manners of shelter soon became a ‘healthy obsession’. By age ten I was regularly attending as many Open Houses as my dad would take me to, and when I started university I dedicated my education to an exploration of the many facets of domesticity. That I’ve had a career entering its 26th year in real estate development, sales & marketing – including plenty of gigs as a Housing Conceptualist – has been amazing journey thus far.

If you’re new to my blog on housing, design and culture in Toronto, here’s a bit more about me in I’m Steve Fudge, and I sell real estate!

I’ve always been obsessed with peeking into the lives of others, and observing where and how they live. Walking down the tree-lined streets of Riverdale – where I’m currently transforning a Purpose-Built 60s Duplex at 10 Tennis Crescent – I’m always curious about past and present people who have resided in the avenues of century-old brick and mortar. As a realtor, I love showing properties and getting a glimpse into the domiciles of everyone from millenials to Zoomers, and from swinging singles to multi-generational families!

Recently I listed a dreamy penthouse perch near Yonge & Bloor, which is right out of the pages of a shelter magazine! Offered for $2,388,800, it’s not in the snack bracket of the majority. If you’re curious to see what a Toronto millionaire might live in, or if you’re simply a design connaisseur who loves seeing a condominum built in the International Style of the Modernist Architecture Movement, embrace your inner voyeur and explore my listing Culture, Couture & Contemporary Living At Casa Condominio Near Yonge & Bloornow SOLD.

While high-res colour photos paint a beautiful picture, I know there’s a possibility the Buyer for this may first view this remotely, so I enlisted the professional videographers at SilverHouseHD to tell it’s story through video as well, including the quality amenities that populate it’s neighbourhood!

Allow me to debut the finished product for you – just click the link to the video below:

Pretty swish, right?! I love it.
