Originally from Summerland, British Columbia, James moved to Toronto to pursue his education and career as a classical musician. In the time since, he has performed with many of Canada's finest ensembles including the Windsor Symphony, the Toronto Symphony, the National Ballet of Canada, the Canadian Opera Company, and played music in places as far flung and varied as Hong Kong, and Edinburgh. The strengths he brings to the world of real estate from his music background include attention to the finest detail and an unparalleled ability to focus on assisting you in achieving your real estate goals.
Having always been passionate about the world of homes and houses, James's interest for all things real estate has led him to home-ownership, income-property investment, project management, property management, renovation and general contracting.
Each summer, James plays in the Charlottetown Festival and operates The Black House, a luxury vacation rental property that requires all the facets essential to real estate.
