Just two months into 2016, the real estate market is already bursting out of the confines of familiar patterns, defying the distinct 'seasons of real estate' we've come to know in Toronto. While the warm Spring weather that historically brings buyers out in full force is still weeks off, the market is already operating at a frenetic pace!

This year’s unseasonably ‘hot’ January and February have set new records, driven by momentum rather than the calendar. When there is new and exciting activity happening in real estate, urbaneer is always ready to explore, report, and ponder! Here are our musings from the month of February.
