November Momentum ‘til the Snow Falls


November is known for being cold, windy and decidedly dark. Underscoring a play in opposites, the November real estate market was hot and dynamic until we were greeted with an early snowfall. This prompted house hunters to retreat indoors, cooling the market slightly, mirroring the chilly temps outside. This early snowfall reminded us too that the holidays (and the cheer) are just around the corner, so focus appropriately shifts.

As our focus shifts, we are reminded of the pleasure in shelter and how we choose to surround ourselves. This explains the draw towards the hearth and home, where we literally warm ourselves. Think of warmth radiating indoors as the light begins to retreat outside, warm drinks and warmth in the company of those we share our spaces and our lives with.
