Ring-a-Ding: New Year Straight Ahead!

Does the calendar have a more reflective, thoughtful time than those last few days of the year, as the candles burn low and we recover from our holiday celebration tours? It’s energizing too, as we set our chops collectively to improve and change via New Year’s Resolutions. In the past few weeks, there has been additional reflective opportunity, as we’ve been reminded not only of the warmth of hearth and home as an emotional refuge, but as a physical one as well, as we battled against the elements with the recent ice storm. As 2013 winds down, and 2014 stands ready to open its doors, urbaneer wishes you the best, and looks forward to spending another great year together.

HomeWatch News - Finding Your Quadrant in the City Of Toronto

As top producing realtors selling throughout the City, spanning from The Beach to Bloor West, and Harbourfront north to Hogg’s Hollow, the starting point by which we help people choose their next residence often starts with the centre axis of Yonge and Bloor Streets. We Flip Burgers, Not Houses

First, I don't want to label all renovators as 'house flippers' and put them out of business. In fact, I genuinely appreciate the skilled contractor who purchases a tired, dated, obsolete crapbox (like all those Toronto Housing Corporation dumps which have been unloaded over the past year) and turns them into quality, renovated, mechanically-sound dwellings for...
