Home: Warmth, Hearth and Comfort

As the air becomes decidedly crisper, and we are surrounded by some of the most electric hues that Mother Nature has in her palette as the landscape reddens and prepares for winter slumber, our collective focus turns indoors.

There is a renewed awareness, as we begin to seek warmth indoors, of that sense of "Home", not just as shelter or investment, but as our human hub of comfort and safety.

We embrace and understand the intricacies of this relationship between home and heart, and use them to guide our business practices, whether it be helping sellers mesh their own belongings with some from urbaneer's cache, through our Style Enhancement Service, or guiding buyers towards the best purchase, even if that means walking away from the property at hand. We value your housing needs in much the same way you value your home.

But even when it comes to falling in love, especially when it comes to properties, the head generally needs to rule the heart. As such, there was some concern over the Presale Home Inspection being offered by the Sellers in advance of offers. Did heart or head prevail? Read on to find out.
